These Creator Guidelines explain the standards that creators are expected to follow when using Pookifans.
By creating or operating a creator account, you agree to follow these Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable platform policies.
Creators should provide accurate information about themselves, their content, and the products or services they offer.
Creators must not:
Impersonate another person
Use misleading identities
Misrepresent products or services
Make false claims about earnings or results
Mislead users about paid content or subscriptions
Creators must only upload or distribute content that they have the legal right to use.
You must not upload:
Copyrighted material without permission
Other people's photographs or videos without authorization
Stolen digital content
Unauthorized music, movies, or other protected material
Content that infringes another person's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights

Creators must not publish, sell, distribute, or promote content that is unlawful or prohibited under applicable law.
This includes:
Content involving sexual exploitation of minors
Child sexual abuse material
Non-consensual intim
